Shipping policy

Transit times are determined by the carrier (UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination. Delivery can be anywhere from 1-5 days depending on destination. All shipping costs are determined by UPS by the weight of the items and the destination address. Please keep in mind candles are heavy.

Once an order has been shipped, they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, stolen or lost packages, or any other issue that may arise while the order is the hands of the shipping carrier.  If a problem does occur in shipping, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to resolve or make a claim.  Please note that we cannot give refunds based on issues that occur during shipping. This excludes damaged items. See policy for damaged items below.
