Refund policy
PRODUCTION TIME
All our candles are hand-poured and quite often made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for production time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We hand-pour all our candles and most often per order. We do not allow refunds, returns or exchanges. However, please let us know if something is wrong with your order.
DAMAGED CANDLES
Our candles are made in heavy glass containers and we try to pack them as to not break during transit. However, accidents can happen during shipping and be broken.
If your order arrives broken please send an email with a picture of the damaged item and the box. We will be glad to ship out a replacement free of charge once we receive the pictures of the damaged item(s).
SHIPPING
Once all orders have been shipped out they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, stolen packages, or any other issue that arise while the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If a problem occurs in shipping, you will need to contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number to resolve or make a claim. We are happy to try and assist if a problem comes up, but please note that we cannot give refunds based on issues that occur during shipping.
